ABOUT ISMAEL SANTOS

Everyone calls him "Santos" or "Is".

Is started in the insurance industry in 1975 with John Hancock Life Insurance Company as career agent. Over the years of working as a career agent for different mutual companies, he decided to use his solid reputation among industry insiders to go "independent" and branch out as a marketing company.

With the help of his son, Jaimes Santos, they offer multiple carriers and mutliple product selection, so that clients always can find the best product at the time when they need it. As insurance companies and products change over the years, Is has been able to change with the times to offer clients and agents, the best products at the right time. With over 30 years of field experience, Is offers priceless understanding of insurance - not as a product but as the solution to the problem- and his ability to transfer that understanding to the client.

Is has lived in Orange County, California, for the past 40 years. Rooted long before the community of Southern California became "The OC", Ismael has met people from all walks of life, and among all financial status who have come here to all over the world as the community blossomed into a melting pot.

As a past tri-athlete, he has a great love for life and health of the mind and body. Although you may not find him running these days, he is usually swimming his laps.

Prior to the insurance business, a degree in Accounting led him to work as an auditor for Price Waterhouse and then the American Embassy in Brazil. Upon immigrating to the United States, "Is" was issued Secret Clearance for auditing work at North American Rockwell. He has also attended and participated in numerous seminars related to taxation, insurance distribution systems and personal productivity.
